Access Guide
Getting to (Fantasia)
- Fantasia is located on the upper level of the resort, next to the Makai Tukai restaurant.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope.

Entrance (Main)
- The entrance to the building is located on the upper level of the resort, next to the entrance to Makai Tukai.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the building.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 90cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Entrance (from Fayrouz Bar)
- The entrance to the building is located to the left of the internal bar counter in Fayrouz.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open away from you.
- The width of the door opening is 132cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- There is a 94cm wide section of corridor immediately beyond the entrance doors.
Bar
- The bar serves drinks.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
Entertainment
- The entertainment area is inside.
- The area does not have a hearing assistance system.
