Access Guide
Getting to (Alati Greek Restaurant)
- The Alati Greek Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the main building, between the Ionian Breeze, and Pavilion, pools.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and doors permanently held open.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on the ground floor of the main building, opposite the main restaurant, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on the ground floor of the main building, through the main restaurant.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open both ways.
- The width of the door opening is 126cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
- There is also an external entrance into the restaurant via a slight ramp.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has full table service and a self service counter.
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: Greek food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- All dietary requirements can be catered for if ingredients can be sourced.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
