Access Guide
Getting to (Snackeria)
- The Snackeria is located in the grounds of the resort, at the rear left side of the main building and beside the Pavilion Pool.
- The most accessible route has a slight ramp/slope and doors permanently held open.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is beside the pavilion pool, please click here for more information (new tab).
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on the ground floor of the main building, opposite the main restaurant, please click here for more information (new tab).
Restaurant
- There is step-free level access into the restaurant area.
- The kiosk has a counter where food can be ordered and self service counters.
- Menus are displayed on the counter.
- Food served includes: sandwiches and snacks.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- All dietary requirements can be catered for if ingredients can be sourced.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups, a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: sofas, high stools and chairs with armrests.
- Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
