Resort Information

This adults-only resort is located in Cala Bona, on the east coast of Majorca.
The resort consists of 1 main building with 5 floors and 2 lifts. Access round the resort is mostly step-free via level pathways, ramps and lifts.
There is a sister hotel across one street, La Luna, which has no facilities, 21 accommodation rooms and is accessible by steps and narrow corridors only.
This resort has the following facilities: beach access, swimming pools and a restaurant.
The resort has 105 rooms available. None of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
Adjoining rooms are not available.
There is 1 restaurant.
There are 2 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
Toilet and changing facilities available include: step-free standard toilets.
Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception lobby, next to the restaurant and in the pool area.
The resort has the following available: a pool hoist.
There is a medication fridge available on request.
Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.

Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.

The entrance to the resort is located at the front of the main building on Passeig Maritim de Cala Bona.

The ramp is steep, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
The width of the door opening is 135cm.

This building contains a main reception, bars, restaurants, an indoor pool, a gym and sports courts.
The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.

The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
The width of the door to the toilets is 79cm. The width of the cubicle door is 65cm.
