Access Guide
Getting to (Buffet Restaurant)
- The buffet restaurant is located on level 1 of Building 1 (Casa Madrid), to the left as you exit the main lifts.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.

Entrance (Buffet Restaurant)
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on level 3 of Building 1 (Casa Madrid).
- The entrance to the restaurant is accessed by lift.

- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 154cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant (Buffet Restaurant)
- The restaurant has buffet counters, self service counters, table service (on request only) and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are menu boards and displayed on the counter.
- Food served includes: buffet food, desserts and varies daily.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
