Access Guide
Getting to (Pool Bar)
- The Pool Bar is located to the rear of Building 1 (Casa Madrid) on level 3, between the Buffet Restaurant and Swimming Pool 1.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and an open entrance with no doors.

Bar (Pool Bar)
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks and has full table service.
- Food served includes: drinks only.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: drinking straws, a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- Some of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
- Menus are not available. You simply ask the bartender if they have your drink of choice.
Seating (Pool Bar)
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: high stools, chairs with armrests and sun loungers.
- The seating area has: a priority table.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- Some flooring is shiny.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
