Getting to (Grab and Go)
- The café kiosk is on level -1 of the main resort building next to the doors leading between the building and the main pool area.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.

Café
- There is step-free level access into the café area.
- The kiosk has staff who can provide assistance and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Food served includes: desserts and sandwiches and snacks.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels are low in this area.
