Access Guide
Getting to (Aqua Bar)
- The Aqua Bar is located in the Water Park near the main road.
- The most accessible route has slight ramps/slopes, a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps), steep ramps/slopes and automatic doors.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is located next to the exit from the lift to enter the Artemis Restaurant, please click here for more information (new tab).
Café
- There is step-free level access into the café area.
- The kiosk has a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Menus are displayed on the counter.
- Food served includes: sandwiches and snacks.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is no seating at this snack bar.
