Getting to (Kalypso Family Snack Bar)
- The Kalypso is located next to the Kalypso bar and the Kids' Activity Pool.
- The most accessible route has slight ramps/slopes, a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps), steep ramps/slopes and automatic doors.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is under the La Pergola Snack Bar, please click here for more information (new tab).
Café
- There is step-free level access into the café area.
- The kiosk has a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Menus are displayed on the counter.
- Food served includes: sandwiches and snacks.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
