Access Guide
Getting to (Kids' Activity Pool)
- The Kids' Activity Pool is on the far side of the resort next to the Kids' Club.
- The most accessible route has slight ramps/slopes, a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps), steep ramps/slopes and automatic doors.
Splash Park
- This is an outdoor splash park.
- Access into the area is via a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are 7 steps, which are unmarked, with no handrails.
- No slides have step-free access.
- There is step-free access around the whole splash park.
- The area is staffed at all times.
- Seating in the area includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is not step-free access to the poolside showers.
Toilet
- The male standard toilet was surveyed.
- There is also a female toilet in the same location.
- There is not step-free access into the toilet.
- There are 10+ steps to access the toilet. These are unmarked, with no handrails.
- There is an opening without doors which is 83cm wide.
- The width of the door into the toilet cubicle is not over 75cm.
- The wash basin tap type is lever mixer.
- Lighting levels are low in the cubicle.
