Access Guide
Getting to (La Pergola Snack Bar)
- The La Pergola Snack Bar is located opposite the main outdoor pools and is next to the Zorbas restaurant.
- The most accessible route has slight ramps/slopes, a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps), steep ramps/slopes and automatic doors.

Entrance (to Buffet Counters)
- The entrance to the café is located on the other side of the outdoor seating.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the café.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which open away from you.
- The width of the door opening is 83cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
Café
- Menus are displayed on the counter.
- Food served includes: buffet food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
