Access Guide
Getting to (Panorama Lobby Bar)
- The Panorama Lobby bar is outside on the left, after passing through reception.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps) and manual doors.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is at the Artemis Restaurant, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance
- The entrance to the bar is located next to the outdoor seating at the far end of the bar.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which opens by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 91cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels are low in this bar.
Seating
- Access into the seating area is via steps.
- There are 3 steps, which are unmarked, with no handrails.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: sofas, bench seats, chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests.
- Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring inside is hard.
