Access Guide
Getting to (Veranda Pool Bar)
- The Veranda Pool Bar is located at the far end of the resort overlooking the beach and next to the Thalassa a la carte restaurant.
- The most accessible route has slight ramps/slopes, a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps), steep ramps/slopes and automatic doors.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is under the Pergola Snack Bar, please click here for more information (new tab).
Café
- There is step-free level access into the café area.
- The café has a bar where food and drink can be ordered.
- Food served includes: sandwiches and snacks.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise.
