Getting to (The Restaurant)

  • Take the lift in the reception lobby to level 2.
  • On exiting the lift turn left, and the restaurant is straight ahead.
  • The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and doors permanently held open.

Restaurant

  • There is step-free level access into the restaurant area.
  • The restaurant has buffet counters and staff who can provide assistance.
  • Food served includes: buffet food and varies daily.
  • The following dietary requirements can be catered for: dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, nut allergy and lactose free.
  • Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
  • The following are available: drinking straws.
  • There is no hearing assistance system.
  • There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
  • Some of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
  • The flooring inside is hard.
  • Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
  • There is step-free level access around some of the area.

Seating

  • There is step-free level access around the area.
  • There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
  • The seating includes: chairs without armrests.
  • Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
  • The flooring inside is hard.
  • Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
  • There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
