Access Guide
Getting to
- La Terrasse is located on the 19th floor of the main resort building.
- The most accessible route has steps and a lift.

Entrance
- The entrance to the bar is located on the 19th floor.
- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the bar.
- There are 10+ steps, which are unmarked, with handrails on both sides.
- There is an automatic door at the entrance, which opens by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 106cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
Bar
- The bar serves food and drink.
- Menus are wall-mounted.
- Food served includes: sandwiches and snacks.
- The following are available: a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
Seating
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests, bench seats, sofas and high stools.
- Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
