Access Guide
Getting to
- The swimming pool is located on the third floor and can be reached via the Bar Salon lift.
- The most accessible route has a lift and a slight ramp/slope.

Swimming Pool (Outdoor pool)
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- There is step-free level access into the pool area.
- Access into the water is via a ramp or a ladder.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers, booths and pods.
- Additional facilities include: a children's pool and poolside showers.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is step-free level access to the poolside showers.
Splash Park (Kids' Splash Pool)
- This is an outdoor splash park.
- There is step-free level access into the area.

- There is step-free access around the whole splash park.
- The area has a lifeguard on duty at all times.
- Seating in the area includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers.
- The flooring is artificial grass.
- There is step-free level access to the poolside showers.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Female - Left Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 84cm.
- The toilet door has a lever twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 195cm x 295cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it, but it is obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space is 112cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
- The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder.
- The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder.
- The following fixtures are not at the recommended height: the toilet seat (not at 48cm) and the toilet roll holder (not between 80cm - 100cm).
