- There is stepped access only from the resort to the waterpark.
- There is step free access from the water park.
- Guests of Porto Bello Royal receive a discount for using the Waterpark.
- There is step free access to the reception desk.
- There is stepped access from the reception desk to the Waterpark and all facilities including the pools and slides.
- There is stepped access to the slides within the waterpark.
