Access Guide
Getting to (Executive Lounge)
- The Executive Lounge is located on the opposite side of the lobby to the main reception.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.

Entrance
- The entrance to the area is located to your left across the lobby as you face away from reception.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the area.
- The following are not at a recommended height: the card reader (not between 90cm - 110cm).
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which opens towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 84cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
Entrance (to Outdoor Seating)
- The entrance to the area is located after the counter on the right.
- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the area.
- There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which opens away from you.
- The width of the door opening is 76cm.
- The door has a high colour contrast.
Counter
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- Lighting levels are low at this counter.
- There is a counter with a lowered area which is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The counter does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is low pile carpet.
- The flooring is patterned.
- There is not space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- There is background noise which varies depending on the time of day.
Seating (Indoor Seating)
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: armchairs.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring inside is low pile carpet.
- The flooring is patterned.
- Lighting levels are good in this seating area.
Seating (Outdoor Seating)
