Getting to the Room (1118)

  • The average walking time to the room is 2 minutes.
  • Take a right from reception, cross the landing and turn left into the room corridor.
    Proceed through the two sets of manual doors (which are permanently held open and 95cm wide), along the corridor until you reach room number 1118 on the left.
  • The most accessible route to the room has step-free level access and doors permanently held open.
  • The majority of the walkways on route to the room are between 120cm and 180cm.
  • Some flooring on the route is shiny.

Room (1118)

Ensuite (Right Hand Transfer)

  • The facilities in the ensuite include: a toilet, a wash basin and a shower without a step.
  • There is a lateral transfer space on the right hand side of the toilet with a minimum width of 78cm.
  • Fixtures within the ensuite include: a toilet roll holder, a soap dispenser and an emergency alarm.
  • There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
  • Grab rails in the ensuite include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side and horizontal grab rails at the shower.
  • There is not a turning space in the shower for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
