Resort Information
- The 294 room beach-front resort is located in Roquetas De Mar on the Costa de Almeria in southeast Spain.
- The resort consists of two buildings with 5 storeys, which is mainly accessible via level pathways and steep ramps. There are 5 lifts in the resort.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, beach access, swimming pools, a splash park and restaurants.
- The resort has 294 rooms available. 7 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 3 restaurants.
- There are 4 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: toilets with some adaptations for disabled people and step-free standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found in reception, the pool bar and next to the meeting room on level -1.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in reception, the pool bar, next to the main pool and next to the meeting room on level -1.
- Baby change facilities can be found within the toilets with adaptations for disabled people in reception and in the pool bar.
- The resort has the following available: a deaf alert system, a panic alarm and a pool hoist.
- There is a medication fridge available on request.

Reception
- Access to reception is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The ramp is over 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- There is a reception desk at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The width of the automatic rear doors is 200cm.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, bars, restaurants, an indoor pool, a gym and sports courts.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs, lift and ramp.
- There is step-free level access to the rear exit doors in reception.

- The lift door opening width is 80cm.

- There are two larger lifts available with a floor space measuring 145cm X 145cm and a door width of 90cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception - Left Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 80cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 156cm x 220cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 77cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin, a hand dryer and a soap dispenser.
