Getting to (Rixos Lounge)
- Rixos Lounge is located on Level L of the left wing of the hotel, to the left and then to the right from reception.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and doors permanently held open.

Bar (Rixos Lounge)
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- Menus are online, digital and mobile phone app.
- Food served includes: a modern bar menu and drinks only.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard and deep pile carpet.
- Some flooring is shiny and patterned.

Seating (Rixos Lounge)
