Access Guide
Getting to (Starbucks - Beach)
- Starbucks (Beach) is located on the right hand side of the beach, near the eastern end of the Main Outdoor pool.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift, automatic doors and doors permanently held open.

Café (Starbucks - Beach)
- Access into the café area is via steps and a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are 2 steps, which are unmarked, with no handrails.
- The café has a counter where food and drink can be ordered, table service (on request only) and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are wall-mounted, menu boards, digital, online and mobile phone app.
- Food served includes: drinks only.
- Food served includes: coffees and teas.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.

Seating (Starbucks - Beach)
