Access Guide
Getting to (Vitamin Bar)
- Vitamin Bar is on the beach, to the rear left of the resort. It is located straight ahead as you exit French Street on Level -1, left along the seafront promenade, and shortly on your right.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift, automatic doors and doors permanently held open.

Bar (Vitamin Bar)
- Access into the bar area is via a step and a slight ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
- The bar serves food and drink.
- Menus are online, digital and mobile phone app.
- Food served includes: Soft and alcoholic drinks; fruits and smoothies.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring is shiny.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
- There is no seating area at this bar. You must stand to eat and drink, or you can order at the bar and have food and drinks served to you at your beach cabana/sun lounger(s).
