Access Guide
Getting to (Beach Bar)
- The Beach Bar is located to the rear of the resort, at the southern end of the beach, accessed from the seafront promenade.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and automatic doors.

Bar (Beach Bar)
- Access into the bar area is via steps and a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- There are 6 steps, which are unmarked, with a handrail on the right going down.
- The bar serves drinks.
- Menus are online, digital and mobile phone app.
- Food served includes: a modern bar menu and drinks only.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
- There is a raised area which has ramped or stepped access.
- There are 6 steps, bypassed by a steep ramp, to access the seating area from the bar.
Seating (Beach Bar)
- Access into the seating area is via steps and a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp overcomes the steps.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- There are 6 steps, which are unmarked, with no handrails.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
- There are 6 steps, bypassed by a steep ramp, to access the seating area from the bar.
