Getting to (Bloom Restaurant)
- Bloom Restaurant is located just outside the rear right of the Port Queen Building on Level -1, beside the Marine Pool.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and automatic doors.

Entrance (Bloom Restaurant)
- The entrance to the restaurant is located outside the rear right of the Port Queen Building on Level -1, beside the Marine Pool.
- Access to the restaurant is via lift, for more information see the lift section of the Access Guide (new tab).
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 164cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant (Bloom Restaurant)
- The restaurant has full table service, a bar where drinks can be ordered and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are handheld, online, digital and mobile phone app.
- Food served includes: modern European cuisine, a Fine Dining menu and an à la carte menu.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: dairy free, lactose free and vegetarian.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
