Access Guide
Getting to
- Dem Coffee and Tea House is located to the rear right of the main hotel lobby.
- The most accessible route has a slight ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps), a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps), an automatic door and doors permanently held open.

Café
- There is step-free level access into the café area.
- The café has a bar where drinks can be ordered, table service (on request only) and staff who can provide assistance.
- Food served includes: drinks only.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
