Access Guide
Getting to
- La Patisserie is located in the Fantasy area of the resort grounds, next to the Rixy Kids' Restaurant.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and an automatic door.

Entrance
- The entrance to the café is located at the front of the building.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the café.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- There are 8 steps, which are clearly marked, with no handrails.
- The ramp overcomes the steps.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 141cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
- There is an identical set of doors to enter the ice cream section of La Patisserie.
Café
- The café has a counter where food and drink can be ordered, a self service counter and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are menu boards.
- Food served includes: desserts.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: takeaway cutlery.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There may be background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
