Access Guide
Getting to
- Rixy Bar is located in the Fantasy area of the resort grounds, next to the Rixy Kids' Club.
- The most accessible route has a lift, a steep ramp/slope and an automatic door.

Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- Food served includes: drinks only.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are good in this bar.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.

Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Rixy Bar - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free access into the toilet, via a ramp.
- The ramp is slight between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 82cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 172cm x 228cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
