Getting to (Seafood Restaurant)
- The Seafood Restaurant is located to the rear of the resort grounds, along the seafront promenade opposite the World Class Fitness Centre. It doubles as Alara Snack in the mornings and afternoons.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and automatic doors.

Restaurant (Seafood Restaurant)
- There is step-free level access into the restaurant area.
- The restaurant has buffet counters, self service counters, table service (on request only) and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are online, digital, displayed on the counter and mobile phone app.
- Food served includes: Fish dishes.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: dairy free, lactose free and vegetarian.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- The flooring is shiny.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this area are low in the evening.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
- This restaurant is entirely outdoors. The lower level of the seating area has stepped access; however these steps can be bypassed by going around the perimeter of the restaurant, a route which accesses this area via a very slight ramp.

- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: dining chairs with armrests, sofas, bench seats and chairs without armrests.
- Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
