Getting to (World Class Fitness Centre)
- The World Class Fitness Centre is located to the rear of the resort grounds, around halfway along the seafront promenade, opposite Seafood Restaurant/Alara Snack.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and automatic doors.

Entrance (World Class Fitness Centre)
- The entrance to the gym is located at the front of the World Class Fitness Centre, opposite Seafood Restaurant/Alara Snack.

- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the gym.
- There are 2 steps, which are unmarked, with no handrails.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 171cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Reception (World Class Fitness Centre)
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The reception has windows which may affect the ability of someone to lip read.
- Lighting levels are good at this reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
