Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial and written text signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a medium colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 86cm.
- The toilet door has a sliding bolt lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 203cm x 147cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it, but it is obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space is 140cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a lever flush in the centre of the cistern.
- There is no dropdown rail.
- Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has no mirror.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
- The cubicle has a waste bin without lid.
- There is one coat hook.
- The coat hooks for seated users are at the recommended height.
- The inner door to the toilet cubicle has a width of 86cm.
There is a baby change table outside the stall at a height of 89cm.
