Access Guide
Resort Information
- The resort is located close to Santa Eulària des Riu.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, a gym and a swimming pool. There may be additional charges for some of these facilities, for more information please contact TUI or the resort.
- The resort has 113 rooms available. 3 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- The resort grounds are fairly level throughout. All areas of the resort are step-free with ramps and internal lifts overcoming the steps.
- There are 3 restaurants.
- There are 2 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: standard toilets.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in the main entrance foyer.
- Baby change facilities can be found The baby change facilities can be found within the female toilet.

Getting Around the Resort

Entrance (Hotel and Resort)

- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 167cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- Lighting levels are good at this reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is shiny.
- There are stools, bench seats and sofas available in this reception area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).

Getting Around the Building
- This building contains restaurants, a main reception and bars.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- The following areas have step-free level access: Rooms 101-142, 201-242 and the lounge bar.
- The following areas have step-free access via steep or very steep ramps or slopes: Rooms 01 - 23.
- The following areas do not have step-free access: the male and female toilets, the reading area and the indoor games area.

- The majority of walkway widths are between 120cm and 180cm, with medium colour contrast between the walls and floor.
Lift
- The lift is located to the rear of the reception foyer.
- The floors that can be accessed from this lift are 0, 1 and 2.
- This lift is a standard lift.
- Externally the lift has: a door with a low colour contrast to the surroundings, buttons with a low colour contrast to the surroundings and controls at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm).
- The lift does have a recommended turning space (150cm x 150cm) in front of it.
- The lift door opening width is 69cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 98cm x 87cm.
- Internally the lift has; a mirror to aid reversing, buttons with a medium colour contrast to the surroundings, controls at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm), a visual floor indicator, tactile markings and Braille markings.
Stairs

Toilet
- The male and female standard toilets were surveyed.
- There is not step-free access into the toilet.
- There are 2 steps to access the toilet. These are clearly marked, with no handrails.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 72cm.
- The width of the door into the toilet cubicle is not over 75cm.
- The wash basin tap type is lever mixer.
- There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm).
- The baby change unit is located within the female toilet.
