Access Guide
Getting to (Aeolos Pool and Swim-Up Bar)
- Aeolos Pool and Swim-Up Bar is located to the right of the pool area.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a slight ramp/slope.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is Level -1 next to Boulevard - Male Toilets, please click here for more information (new tab).

Bar
- Access into the bar area is via a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- The bar serves food and drink and has full table service.
- Menus are mobile phone app.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
- There is stepped access to the bar but there is full table service There is a swim up area to the bar.
Seating
- Access into the seating area is via a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- Furniture can be moved to make space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: armchairs.
- Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
- There is stepped access to seating near the bar.
