Access Guide
Getting to (Premier Club)
- The Premier Club is located to the right of the reception lobby.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is Level 0 - next to Avakas Cocktail Bar - Female Toilets, please click here for more information (new tab).

Entrance
- The entrance to the area is located to the right of reception.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the area.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 150cm.
Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks and has full table service.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny.
Entertainment
- The entertainment area is inside.
- The area does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The entertainment area has: armchairs.
- There is not room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm) throughout this area.
- Tables can be moved to provide sufficient space to manoeurve.
