Access Guide
Getting to (Shoga - Asian à la carte Restaurant)
- The Shoga Restaurant is located on Level -1, within Thea Restaurant.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located to the left of the lifts.
- The entrance to the restaurant is accessed by lift.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 82cm.
- The doors has a medium colour contrast.
Restaurant
- Access into the restaurant area is via a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: Asian food.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is a raised area which has ramped access.
Seating
- Access into the seating area is via a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).
- The ramp overcomes the steps.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is no space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- Furniture can be moved to make space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
