Access Guide
Getting to
- The Eclair Patisserie is located on the ground floor of the main hotel building, to the left of the Spa Center.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.

Entrance
- The entrance to the café is located on the ground floor of the main hotel building, to the left of the Spa Center.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the café.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 134cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
Café
- The café has a bar where drinks can be ordered, a counter where food and drink can be ordered, a self service counter and staff who can provide assistance.
- Food served includes: drinks only and desserts.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is shiny and patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are good in this area.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
Seating

- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).

- Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).

Entrance (External Seating Area)
- The entrance to the area is located to the right of the café bar.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the area.
- There is an automatic door at the entrance, which opens by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 108cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
