Getting to
- The Red Restaurant is located in the centre of the resort grounds, behind the aquapark.
- The most accessible route has a lift, slight ramps/slopes and automatic doors.

Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located at the front of the building.
- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which opens towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 76cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has full table service and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: an à la carte menu.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
