Resort Information
- This beach-front adults-only resort is located in Seferihisar in the Izmir area of western Turkey.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people, a shop, a spa, beach access, a gym, a swimming pool and a sauna. There may be additional charges for some of these facilities, for more information please contact TUI or the resort.
- The resort has 115 rooms available. 2 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- The resort provides accommodation in 32 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with many ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There is 1 lift and there is a pool hoist available for guests.
- There are 3 restaurants.
- There are 3 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- There is a shop.
- The shop has step-free access.
- The shop has door widths over 75cm.
- The shop does not have room to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people and step-free standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found near the main buffet restaurant and amphitheatre.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found near the main buffet restaurant and amphitheatre, in the reception area and in the pool area.
- The resort has the following available: a deaf alert system and a pool hoist.

Entrance

- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open away from you.
- The width of the door opening is 140cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Reception
- Access to reception is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- The reception has patterned backgrounds which may affect the ability of someone to lip read.
- There is a reception desk suitable for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- There are chairs without armrests, chairs with armrests, sofas and coffee tables available in this reception area.
- There is not space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest in the reception area.
- There is background noise which varies depending on the time of day.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, a shop, bars, restaurants, an indoor pool and a gym.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- The following areas have step-free access via slight ramps or slopes: the main entrance, the reception desk, the toilets, the pool area, the entertainment bar, the main restaurant and the activities.
- The following areas have step-free access via steep or very steep ramps or slopes: the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the beach.

Lift
- The lift is located to the rear of the main buffet restaurant.
- The floors that can be accessed from this lift are 0 to 1 (The Entertainment Bar).
- This lift is a standard lift.
- Externally the lift has: a door with a low colour contrast to the surroundings.
- The lift does have a recommended turning space (150cm x 150cm) in front of it.
- The lift door opening width is 80cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 100cm x 116cm.
- Internally the lift has; controls that are not at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm) and buttons with a low colour contrast to the surroundings.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Next to the Restaurant - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free access into the toilet, via a ramp.
- The ramp is slight over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 80cm.
- The toilet door has a locking handle.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 152cm x 400cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it, but it is obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space is 79cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is no dropdown rail.
- The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder.
- The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the soap dispenser, towel dispenser and the wash basin.
