Getting to the Restaurant

  • Exit the reception lobby via the rear exit doors and turn right. The restaurant is straight ahead.
  • The most accessible route has step-free level access, a slight ramp/slope and automatic doors.

Entrance

  • The entrance to the restaurant is located on the right hand side, after exiting the reception lobby.
  • There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the restaurant.
  • The ramp is slight, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
  • There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
  • The width of the door opening is 163cm.
  • The doors have a low colour contrast.
  • A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.

Restaurant

  • Food served includes: buffet food and varies daily.
  • The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan.
  • Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
  • There is no hearing assistance system.
  • There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
  • None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
  • The flooring inside is hard.
  • There is step-free level access around some of the area.
  • There is a raised area which has ramped access.

Seating

  • There is step-free level access around some of the area.
  • There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
  • The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
  • Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
  • Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
  • There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
