Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Next to the Restaurant - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free access into the toilet, via a ramp.
- The ramp is slight over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 80cm.
- The toilet door has a locking handle.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 152cm x 400cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it, but it is obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space is 79cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is no dropdown rail.
- The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder.
- The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the soap dispenser, towel dispenser and the wash basin.
- The following fixtures are at the recommended height: the toilet seat (48cm) and the soap dispenser (between 80cm - 100cm).
- The following fixtures are not at the recommended height: towel dispenser (not between 80cm - 100cm), the toilet roll holder (not between 80cm - 100cm) and the wash basin (not between 72cm - 74cm).
- The wash basin tap type is lever mixer.
- The following have a high colour contrast with their surroundings: the floor.
- The following have a less clear colour contrast with their surroundings: the toilet seat and the grab rail.
- There is no emergency alarm.
- The toilet has a mirror.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
- The cubicle has a pedal bin and a waste bin without lid.
- There are no coat hooks.
