Access Guide
Getting to
- The main buffet restaurant is located to the left hand side of the reception desk.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
Entrance
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 125cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has buffet counters, table service (on request only) and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: Italian food, an à la carte menu, buffet food, desserts and varies daily.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- The restaurant alternates between buffet and a la carte service.
Seating
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs without armrests.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
