Access Guide
Getting to (the BLUE Spa)
- The Spa is located on level -1.
- The most accessible route has a lift and a steep ramp/slope.

Reception
- Access to reception is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- Lighting levels are good at this reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- There may be background noise.
Changing Area
- The facilities available within the changing area include; standard changing rooms/cubicles, standard showers and standard toilets.
- The male changing area was surveyed, and there are also female changing areas available.
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- The door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The width of the door opening is 95cm.

Treatment Room (Turkish Bath)
- There is step-free level access into the room.
- There is a manual door which opens outwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The width of the door opening is 85cm.
- The room does have an unobstructed turning space (150cm x 150cm).
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is patterned.
- There is a fixed massage table.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
Ramp or Slope and Steps (Indoor Pool, Massage Rooms, Vitamin Bar and Facial Rooms)
- There is a ramp with a steep gradient and a width between 75cm and 150cm .
- The ramp does not have handrails.

Treatment Room (Facial)
- There is step-free access into the room, via a ramp.

Swimming Pool (Indoor)
- This is an indoor swimming pool.
