Access Guide
Getting to (Pancake Station)
- The pancake station is located in the resort grounds, just beyond the pool area.
- The most accessible route has steps.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is next to the restaurant, please click here for more information (new tab).
Café
- Access into the café area is via steps.
- There are 2 steps, which are clearly marked, with handrails on both sides.
- The café has a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Menus are displayed on the counter.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are good in this area.
