Access Guide
Getting to (The Bar)
- The bar is located on level 0 of the main resort building. There are two internal entrances: one entrance is step free via "block c lift" and the other entrance is via steps from the lift nearest reception.
There is also step-free access from the lift within the grounds. - The most accessible route has step-free level access.

Entrance (Internal - Step-Free)
- The entrance to the bar is located at the rear of the reception lobby.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open away from you.
- The width of the door opening is 160cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
Entrance (Internal - Stepped)
- The entrance to the bar is located at the rear of the reception lobby.
- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the bar.
- There are 4 steps, which are unmarked, with handrails on both sides.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which opens towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 150cm.
- The door has a high colour contrast.
Entrance (External)
- The entrance to the bar is located next to the entertainment area.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 160cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- Menus are wall-mounted and mobile phone app.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
Seating (Internal)
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: armchairs, sofas, chairs without armrests and high stools.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).

- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.

Seating (External)
