Accessibility Overview
This beach-front adults-only resort consists of one main entrance building and several accommodation blocks. There are 2 floors, accessible by stairs. There is one lift in an inaccessible block of 88 guest rooms called the Mountain Wing. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, steep ramps and slight slopes.
From the reception area (level 0) there is no step-free level access to any of the facilities or activities. There are no rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
There is a steep ramp to access the main entrance and also a steep ramp to access the standard toilets in the reception area. There are no toilets with adaptations for disabled people. There is also a steep ramp to exit the reception building to access all the facilities, activities and rooms.
There is stepped access to the main entrance, but a portable ramp is available on request. There is stepped access to some of the guest rooms and the spa.
The beach is approximately 4 minutes walk via a steep ramp, slight slopes and level pathways.
The resort has 214 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 3114 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bath and shower room and a separate ensuite toilet. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. The journey from reception to the room takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception. There are no adjoining rooms available.
