Getting to (The Bar)

The entrance to the bar is located along the ground floor left wing corridor.
There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
There is a manual door at the entrance, which open away from you.
The width of the door opening is 96cm.
The door has a medium colour contrast.
You can also enter the from the external bar terrace. There are multiple doors along the terrace to enter. The doors open towards you and are 76cm wide.

The bar serves drinks.
Menus are handheld.
Food served includes: drinks only.
The following are available: drinking straws, a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
There is no hearing assistance system.
There is background noise.
None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
There is step-free level access around the area.
The flooring inside is hard.
The flooring is shiny.
Lighting levels are low in this bar.

There is step-free level access around some of the area.
There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
The seating includes: sofas, chairs without armrests, chairs with armrests, dining chairs with armrests and high stools.
The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).

There are 2 steps down to the stage area which have no handrails. The indoor tables are 76cm high but 67cm to the underside. There are some lower indoor tables that are 45cm high. The outside tables are 73cm to the underside.
