Resort Information
- This adults-only resort is set in a cliffside and is located in the seaside town of Los Gigantes on the west coast of Tenerife.
- Although the resort is set in a cliffside, there is step-free access around most of the resort via level pathways, slight ramps and lifts.

- The resort has 225 rooms available. 2 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.

- There are 2 restaurants.

- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found in the reception lobby, near the main pool and next to the quiet pool.

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located on C. Flor de Pascua in Los Gigantes.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the resort.
- The ramp is slight, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 200cm.
- The revolving doors are automatic and are 200cm when open. There are manual doors either side of the revolving doors which are 96cm wide.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- There is a reception desk at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The height of the reception desk is 106cm. The height of the lower section is 75cm.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, shops, bars, restaurants, a gym and sports courts.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- There is step-free access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, lifts, buffet restaurant and entertainment in the lobby bar.

- A special key is available for disabled people to use an exclusive wider lift which accesses the floor selected by the guest, without stopping at other floors.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens by sliding and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 104cm.
- The toilet door has a lever twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 300cm x 210cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 90cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, an emergency alarm, a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
- The cubicle has a waste bin without lid, a sanitary bin and a pedal bin.
- There are no coat hooks.
