Accessibility Overview

The 254 room adults-only resort consists of one main building. It is mostly accessible via slight and steep ramps, steps, lifts and some level pathways.

From reception there is step-free level access to the standard toilets, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the shop, the lifts, the rear exit door and the most accessible standard rooms.

There is step-free access via lift to the main restaurant, the spa and the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via ramps of varying degrees to the terrace area, the pool and activities.

There is stepped access to the main entrance doors, the gym, the beach, the entertainment area on level -1 and to all the activities.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes and is via steps, ramps and level walkways.

The resort has 254 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 006 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite shower room and wash basin and a separate ensuite toilet. There are no handrails next to the toilet or shower. There is no flip-down seat in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception but there are details available of a local company who rents mobility equipment. There are no adjoining rooms available.
