Resort Information
- This adults-only resort is located on the sout-east coast of Majorca.
- The resort provides accommodation in a five-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, beach access, swimming pools and restaurants.
- The resort has 211 rooms available. 8 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 2 restaurants.
- There are 2 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people and step-free standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found in the reception lobby and in the chill-out area.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception lobby and in the chill-out area.
- The resort has the following available: a panic alarm and a pool hoist.
- There is a medication fridge available on request.

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located at the front of the building.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the building.
- The ramp is slight, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 136cm.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, bars, restaurants, an indoor pool, a gym, changing areas and sports courts.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the toilet with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets.

Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception Lobby - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 90cm.
- The toilet door has a sliding bolt lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 150cm x 240cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 85cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
