Access Guide
Getting to (Show Lounge)
- The Show Lounge is in the grounds at the front right of the resort, on the way to Village Square.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on Level 2 of the main building, opposite Carob Lounge, please click here for more information (new tab)
Entrance
- The entrance to the area is located on the pathway between the Show Lounge tent and the main building.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the area.
- The ramp is steep, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which opens towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 106cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
Entertainment
- The entertainment area is inside.
- The area does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is shiny.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
- The entertainment area has: chairs with armrests and tables which are accessible to wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- There is room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm) in the majority of this area.
